Shopping at Indianbazaar is easy.

1. How do I find my Need
You will see the widest range of products and product categories on Indianbazaar.us. With each product, you will find necessary information such as price, brief description, and an image. For many products where you require a closer and more detailed look, you can view a larger image by clicking on the 'Click for Details' link.

2. How do I purchase an Item
When you find something that you wish to purchase, click on the 'Add to cart' link to add it to your order list. Once you have clicked this link, the item will be added to the shopping cart. You can confirm or modify your order by clicking Edit Order link. You will not be charged for an item just by adding it to your order list.

3. How do we price an item
Prices on Indianbazaar.us, wherever applicable, are exclusive of shipping charges. Prices are set up by artists who make our products. We reserve the right to change prices without notice as and when requested by the artists. We add an appropriate shipping and handling charge which is listed separately.

4. How will I be sure that the order placed by me has been correctly registered by you?
Our Shopping cart software runs in Secure Mode on the customer's browser, using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) that enables it to encrypt sensitive data such as credit card numbers. When you select the products and add them to the shopping cart, you are in the Non-Secure Mode. After you press the checkout button, we switch to Secure Mode to collect the billing and shipping information.

5. Can I phone or fax my order?
No, orders are accepted only online after securing your payment through the credit card information submitted by you.

6. Which credit cards does Indianbazaar accept?
At present, we accept payments through Paypal only. But soon we will be coming up with host of other payment options.

7. Is my credit card number / bank a / c. number secure?
Your Credit Card details are accepted through the SSL protocol. All transactions are secured, powered by SSL encryption capable of processing Credit Card transactions insuring that the information is encrypted before it is transmitted.

8. Does Indianbazaar use SSL encryption?
Yes. Our shopping-cart software runs in Secure Mode on the customer's browser, using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt sensitive data such as credit card numbers.

While selecting products and adding them to the Shopping Cart, the customer is in Non-Secure Mode. After he/she presses the Pay-Now button, we switch to Secure Mode in order to collect the billing and shipping information.

All modern Web browsers support the SSL standard.

9. How do I feel sure that you have correctly registered the order placed?
After you have placed the order, you will get an e-mail confirming each order registered with us. Please check your e-mail and if you want any correction, you are requested to get in touch with us.

10. Are the items dispatched as per the display on web page?
The products will match the image on the website as the images have been taken from the vendors from whom the final order is sourced. The product specifications weight, size, color etc) mentioned with the product photos are only approximate. Most products here are handicraft items. There may, hence, be a variation in the pictures and the respective products.

11. How much time do you take to deliver after the payment has been made?
We shall deliver your purchase within 5 working days.

12. What is the mode of delivery?
Delivery  is made through UPS ground service.

13. How do I know that my purchase has been dispatched?
Confirmation through e-mail shall be sent to you after your gift has been dispatched.

14. How do I check the current status of my orders?
There will be  a Tracking number in the e-mail you will receive from us after dispatching your order.

15. How do I contact you regarding my order?
